This certificate will be considered void if bartered or sold to the recipient.
This certificate is valid for a reservation request form offering 2 adults 21 years of age and older plus up to 2 children under the age of 18 3 nights of hotel accommodations in the city of their choice of available cities.
The cost to redeem this certificate to receive the reservation request form is just a one-time non-refundable $15 processing fee. The cost upon requesting reservations is just a tax & fee deposit of $33 per night. Taxes & fees usually range from $4-$33 per night depending on when and where you travel. If the taxes & fees are less than the $33 per night the difference will be refunded after travel is completed. 30 days advance notice required. In order to guarantee you will show up to your booked reservation you will be required to pay a REFUNDABLE $25 per night "Reservation Guarantee Deposit".
Dates near holidays and conventions are usually not available. This offer is valid 7 days a week subject to availability. Friday and Saturday nights will require a surcharge of $20 per night and a $5 per person per night surcharge is enforced for 3rd and 4th persons.
This offer is not valid for group travel. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, taxes, hotel surcharges and any other miscellaneous expenses.
If you redeem this certificate online you will be able to instantly print your reservation request form. If you cannot print your own reservation request form you can request to have it mailed. You would receive it in the mail within 14 days.
This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer. The expiration date on this certificate pertains only to redemption of this certificate and not actual travel. You must redeem this certificate by the expiration date printed on this certificate in order to receive the reservation request form.
You must fill out the reservation request form with your destination choices, arrival dates and mail it to our fulfillment department within 6 months after redemption; however travel can be completed within 12 months after redemption.
In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple arrival dates just in case your 1st requested arrival dates are not available. This offer is only good for United States & Canada residents. Only one 3 Night Hotel certificate Per Household per Year.
This certificate has no cash surrender value, void if discontinued and where prohibited by law.

How can you offer this?
The reason we are able to do this is because hotels and resorts rarely experience full occupancy. So what they do is contract with travel companies, like us, to give these rooms out at deep discounts to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. When hotels and resorts have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds brand loyalty and increased repeat and referral business for the participating properties.

What type of hotel accommodations will I receive on this offer?
You will receive Deluxe Hotel Accommodations in the city of your choice of available cities.
Do I get to pick the hotels?
No, but you do get to pick the travel dates. Remember, the hotels make their money on re-bookings. This is why we always place customers with the best possible hotel accommodations available in the cities of your choice of available cities. We book 99% of travelers in 3-5 star hotel/resort properties.
What happens after I redeem this vacation certificate?
If you redeem this certificate online you can print your reservation request form instantly. If you do not have printing capabilities you can request us to mail it to you immediately after redemption. If you mail your certificate to us, we will mail your reservation request form to you. You should receive your reservation request form in the mail within 14 days after redemption.
After I pay the $15 redemption fee, what other costs do I have to pay?
You will be required to pay a “Reservation Guarantee Deposit” of $25 per night $33 per night “Tax & Fee Deposit” when you send back your reservation request form. Taxes & Fees usually range anywhere from $4-$33 per night. Any unused portion of your “Tax & Fee Deposit” will be refunded to you 30 days after travel along with your “Reservation Guarantee Deposit”.
What is the “Reservation Guarantee Deposit” for?
This is a refundable deposit that is required before we can move forward with a reservation. As long as you show up to your booked reservation, your “Reservation Guarantee Deposit” will be fully refunded after travel. This covers our company from people that do not show up to their booked reservations. The hotel charges us if someone that we book does not show up, so this deposit covers our costs if you do not show up. If you do not show up to your booked reservation you forfeit your “Reservation Guarantee Deposit” along with any fees you paid for the room.
Can I redeem the same vacation certificate number more than once?
No, each certificate number can only be redeemed one time.
How long do I have to use the reservation form once I receive it?
You must mail in the reservation request form within 6 months after redemption, however, travel can be completed within 12 months after redemption.
Can I use 2 vacation certificates back to back for additional discounted nights?
No you may not, however, you may request additional nights through the hotel upon check-in.
Can I take children on the vacation?
Yes, for additional fees per child. The fees are $5 per person per night for 3rd and 4th persons. You will have the ability to add travelers on the reservation request form.
Can we go with another couple?
These vacation certificates are not good for group travel. Two couples could each individually redeem vacation certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would receive the same dates and property.
Can I travel before the required 30 day reservation notice?
No.If you want to book before 30 days a surcharge may apply if available.
When will I be contacted?
After you have mailed in your reservation request form to our fulfillment department our travel agency will begin searching inventory and book one of your arrival dates and destination choices. Once booked you will be contacted with a confirmation either by regular mail, email, phone or if available you can view your confirmation right online. Prior to that time you can always contact us regarding your reservation by going back to www.RedeemIncentives.com and we will be happy to help you.
Can I cancel?
The fee you pay to redeem this certificate is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless if you use the promotional offer or not. Since the reservation form does not have to be used by the person who redeemed it. If you do not want to take advantage of the offer yourself you could pass the reservation request form along to a friend or family member to take advantage of it since you already paid for it. When it comes to reservations, circumstances sometimes change and if at any time prior to booking your accommodations you have a need to cancel, simply request it in writing, you will be refunded any fees and deposits you paid minus a 10% administration processing charge as long as we have not already purchased your accommodations. We will notify you within 21 days of the arrival date and destination choice you received. Once we purchase accommodations for you and you need to cancel, any deposits or fees you paid for the room would be forfeited by you and are non-refundable per the terms and conditions.
Can I use this offer for a Special Occasion, like my wedding?
Our products are not intended for spontaneous travel or special occasions. Since you are required to give the travel agency a few destination and arrival date choices, we do not suggest that you use this for a special date committed engagement. It is helpful if you are aware that you will need to be flexible to give you the best possible experience.

Printed on every certificate is “There are no representations other than what is printed on this certificate”. The statement is printed on the certificates to inform you, the user, that no matter what you have been verbally told by “whom ever” only the terms and conditions printed on the certificate and reservation request form can be fulfilled. That disclaimer is to protect you and our company from any misrepresentations and at the same time we are keeping you informed and on notice if you were told something different other than what is printed on the certificate you will have plenty of time to address it with the company or person who issued it to you before there is any unnecessary distress. There are fees associated with this offer so obviously this is not a "free" trip.This certificate offers a great discount on your next vacation that you normally would not be able to get without have being rewarded with a certificate. Our offers generally are anywhere from 70%-90% off the going retail rate as if you were to book the same exact offer with a traditional travel agency.
Is your company affiliated with the company that gave me this certificate?
No. We are not affiliated with the company or person you received your promotional certificate from. It is true we did sell them our product, which can only be fulfilled, based on the terms outlined on your certificate. We have no way of knowing their marketing practices; we are only a third party vendor. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you are concerned you were told something different than what is outlined in the terms and conditions you may have received the wrong certificate and you need to go back to the company or person you received it from for clarification before you redeem your certificate.
